  8. We will keep records of all transactions and we will make them available to relevant authorities when necessary.
  9. We respect the privacy of our clients and will not share your information with anybody.
  10. All transactions are concluded in less than 24 - 48 hours. If there will be any delay, we will inform you.
  11. E-currency orders are final. You can not request a refund once e-currency has been deposited in your account.
