  6. You are responsible for supplying your correct E-currency account number. In the event that your e-currency is sent to a wrong account because you supplied a wrong account number, we will not be liable for any losses incurred.
  7. You will not use our services for money laundering activities.
  8. We will keep records of all transactions and we will make them available to relevant authorities when necessary.
  9. We respect the privacy of our clients and will not share your information with anybody.
  10. All transactions are concluded in less than 24 - 48 hours. If there will be any delay, we will inform you.
  11. E-currency orders are final. You can not request a refund once e-currency has been deposited in your account.
  12. Our anti-scam unit will apply several scam checks on all orders to determine potentially fraudulent orders.
